Wondering who is behind Bimbi Montessori? I am Anna, an Italian-Catalan early childhood educator and passionate about childhood development. In 2020 I started my adventure with Bimbi Montessori to help parents choose toys that, in my opinion, should meet several important criteria. Almost all Bimbi Montessori products are eco-friendly, made from wood from sustainable sources and painted with non-toxic paints. We also use materials such as natural rubber and recycled plastic. Thanks to my experience, I specialize in Montessori-based materials, but you will find much more in my selection.

I never stop learning by watching little ones while they play. What particularly fascinates me is how children can give a single toy many different forms of play and many different lives.

Maria Montessori gave great importance to play and said that children learn through play (or work) because play is children's work. She encouraged the greatest possible autonomy, reducing the adult's role to that of a guide so the child can discover and do things independently.
