Refund policy

To request an online return with collection from your home, write to us at infobimbimontessori@gmail.com, specifying the order number (found in your order confirmation email), a collection address and the details of the items you wish to return.

Return policy

You may withdraw within 14 days from placing the order, with certain exceptions, in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity.

You may withdraw from your order without giving a reason.

The product must be in perfect condition, with its packaging and accessories, and must not have been assembled.

Once the product is in our warehouse, we will assess whether a refund is applicable, provided that the product is in perfect condition.

The buyer is responsible for shipping and collection costs, as well as replacement costs where applicable. This does not apply when the return is due to an incorrect or defective product, or a product damaged during transport (this must be reported within 24 hours).

The product may have packaging variations or product improvements decided by the manufacturer. These variations may not appear in the online photos. If they do not affect the product, the buyer must bear the return costs.

bimbimontessori.com does not assume ownership of the returned product until it has been received and its condition verified.

If the reason for returning the product is not that it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect:
The return costs incurred, including transport and bank charges, will be deducted from the refund amount.
We will refund only the product amount.
Before the return is completed, the customer will be informed of these costs so that they can accept the return conditions.

Product damaged during transport.
You have 24 hours to check the condition of the product. If you receive a damaged product or one that was hit during shipping, you must notify us within 24 working hours.

Incorrect product.
We will collect the product provided that you inform us within 14 days of receiving it and in accordance with the Returns Centre form.

Defective product: 14 days following the date of receipt.
