Shipping policy

We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, France and Italy.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated automatically during checkout, before payment, based on the destination and the characteristics of the order.

We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands.

Where can I receive my order?
You can receive your order at the address you provide during checkout, such as your home, workplace or another valid address within the available delivery areas.

Can I send an order to another country?
Yes, as long as the destination country is among the shipping areas available in our store. The available shipping options and conditions will be shown automatically before you complete your purchase.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the available tracking information by email. You can also contact our Customer Service team at infobimbimontessori@gmail.com if you need help with your shipment.

How does delivery work?
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. The carrier may contact you to arrange the delivery or provide information related to the shipment.

What happens if there is a delivery issue?
