Hello, I’m Anna Grossi, founder of Bimbi Montessori. My experience in education and child development led me to create this project with a simple idea: to help families find toys, materials and children’s products selected with care.
How Bimbi Montessori began
The store began with a particular focus on educational play and the Montessori approach, and over time expanded to include pretend play, sensory products, textiles, mealtime items, décor and everyday essentials.
Our selection aims to combine quality, safety, usefulness and genuine play possibilities. Not every product in the store is a specific Montessori material: each item is presented according to what it really is and what it can offer.
Selection informed by early childhood education
My training and experience as an early childhood educator are part of the criteria we use when selecting the catalogue. We look for products that can support different stages, interests and family routines without turning every toy into an educational promise.
On this blog we share play ideas, age guides, information about the Montessori approach and practical advice to help families choose children’s products with more context.
